Villa Luxez

Fareed was a friendly host and we enjoyed our stay here. Conveniently located in the heart of Kalmunai town. Clean and generous size rooms. Good facilities including a washing machine at no additional cost which is a bonus. There is AC and fans in each room we stayed, we used AC and my parents used fan. There is a dining place for our meals. Fareed also provided an accommodation for our driver at half of the price of our room :)

Centre to most of the towns in Batticaloa district A townhouse nestled away in this small, quiet, well maintained stay for a quick trip to see around.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, aber dafür war das Hotel perfekt. Die Betten waren bequem und auch sonst hat das Zimmer unseren Ansprüchen genügt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, hat uns abends zu einem lokalen Restaurant gebracht und war sehr daran interessiert uns den Aufenthalt schön zu gestalten.

I would 100% recommend Villa Luxez. It is situated very close to the centre of Kalmunai with various conveniences nearby including a well stocked Cargills and numerous local places to eat. I arrived last minute and was welcomed kindly by the owner Fareed. The room was modern, clean and well equipped with a quiet A/c and fabulous modern bathroom with hot water shower. The owner also helped me with finding a reliable and affordable transport to my next destination for no extra cost. Fareed is a real gentleman and I look forward to staying at his place again when I come to Kalmunai.
