Nice place to stay at, comfortable rooms. We could wash our clothes for free

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication. We didnt know that we had to pay more for our room upstairs. Wished it would have been communicated clearly

The location is very easy to find. The owner of the property was very helpful to find the location and also he answer the calls and reply the massages without a delay. So i recommend him also. And the location is very clear, quiet and carm. Personnaly we felt our room like our home. Finaly the owner is a very friendly flexible and kind hearted person. I recommended the villa luxez to your next stay at Kalmunei.

"Value for money with a great host! Better than you expect!"

Mr. Fareed, who met us at the entrance and catered for us over the stay, was amazing. He is the owner as well. He spoke good English, gave superb directions on arival, friendly, helpful, courteous. The room and dining areas were very clean and pleasant. Overall, it was a very comfy stay at an unbelievable price!

Had to park the car outside, but Mr. Fareed guaranteed safety. Due to the "Id" festival, the kitchen staff was on leave, and most of the restaurants were also closed. KFC was open and a short walk away, so there were no issues. But I was hoping to dine in on the local delicacies.

"The best host"

The owner is really nice person. We meet his family and we enjoy a lot spending time with them.If you travel south and you are tired , this is the Sri lanka experience. We recommend

The owner is very friendly character,I was check in at midnight 12am that time also he is nicely welcoming me.. And one more thing morning breakfast🍳☕🍞 very nice, serve the food like a family member,So thankful.. Keep rocking.

The location, customer care, attentiveness and delicious dinner. The manager (owner) is so helpful and cater for all needs

Nothing for a one night stay. Owner tried his best to make everything super.
