Quickly check-in, a good room size, the water from shower was hot and had good pressure. The hotel was close to restaurants, and supermarkets, Many parking spots around, friendly staff,

The heating system was not good, I booked 3 rooms. The heating system it was working fine only in one of the rooms. They tried to fix it, but still not hot enough.

The room was clean, comfortable and nice. Basic, but nothing to complain about. As a pleasant surprise, our room had a small balcony. We arrived after check in time, but the lady was kind and waited for us to check us in.

We could hear a lot of sounds from the next rooms, the walls seemed very thin and not soundproof. It didn’t bother us a lot, but if you’re a light sleeper, it might bother someone.

- The room was quite spacious. It had a LCD TV, a desk, wardrobe and a large, comfortable bed. It was very cold out, but since the room had air con, very quickly it was as warm as we wanted it to be inside; - The location is decent, very close to Covilhã and Serra da Estrela, which was the purpose of our visit; - There are a few parking spots on the private building area for the guests to use.

- Even though the bathroom is spacious, we didn't enjoy semi-transparent glass divider, you could literally see someone sitting on the toilet; - There was a faint smell of cigarettes inside the room. As a non-smoker, I strongly disliked that; - Check-in was fast, but since there was no one at the actual building where we stayed at, we had to walk across the street to a restaurant to find someone.

It's a nice place.
