Nice quiet area near Mirissa beach.

The property did not match the photos. Our room had mold, and the whole room could do with a refurbish. The fridge was very dirty inside, the shower was only a trickle of water (although nice and warm), we did not have any towels when we arrived and while we eventually got some we had to ask for them 3 times. The towels we received were new so they did not dry properly. Breakfast was very simple. Would not have stayed for 3 nights if we hadn’t already booked it in advance.

The staff were extremely helpful and were reachable at any given point of time during our stay . The room was so clean and spacious . The most wonderful thing about Kismet is that it's very close to the beaches (including secret beach) . The breakfast was nice as well.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our three weeks in Sri Lanka. The thing we enjoyed most was the garden. There are several seats where you can relax under the trees. The room is simple but good: comfortable bed, nice shower, spacious. The staff is very kind and always available for recommendations of things to do in the area. The location is perfect, in a street with nice bars and restaurants, close to everything.
