The hosts, whose house is next to the apartment, are a very nice family with a lovely, funny young boy that loves to show guests around the apartment. Quiet and peaceful location in a residential area (quiet except for when the train passes by every now and then, but you'll also hear that from other accommodations in the area), still just about 300m from Naringama beach. The apartment is spacious with a big bedroom (AC and ventilator), big bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Even got to see a mongoose in the jungle-like garden! Lakvilla is definitely worth a stay while you are in Hikkaduwa and you probably won't get the same value for your money anywhere else here. Will come back next time I make it to Hikkaduwa! Thank you!

The hosts were amazing. Super kind, they even have some bananas from their garden. The room was clean.

It's next to the train rails, so during the day it's fine, but you may be waken up quite early when the first train passes by.

Close to town and easy to get to the beach and shops.

No sign on the outside or number. Railway lights not working ! Loud trains all night.

Very polite, responsive hosts. They will always provide help, tell you if you need something. A great place to stay, I recommend it!
