The stay was comfortable and pleasant and the property itself is nice.

Communication regarding the jetty pickup could have been better. I reached out before arrival but did not receive a response,m and I had to wait for some time at the jetty before reaching the hotel. Additionally, staff visited our room a day before departure regarding transfer arrangements a quick message or call via WhatsApp would have been more convenient.

What sold us this hotel when booking were the pictures of the pool table/ games area. This is upstairs on the 4th floor. It is extremely dated and all of the equipment needs to be replaced. There were 2 pool tables, one which was not fit to use, and the other which is on its last legs. The pool balls fall through onto the floor from certain pockets and there were balls missing etc. The air hockey and fuse ball tables were also broken and not fit to use. To make matters worse, we spent a while up here one evening and bought a drink each. I saw a RAT running across the floor which disgusted me and added to the overall vibe of this floor - if anything it needs to be closed asap as its not fit for use. The breakfast is below par too - the staff need to stay more on top of keeping things topped up and most of the food is very bland. I ordered an orange juice one morning, which I had to pay extra for, and it was vile, tasted like dish water & not of oranges at all. The sink faucet in the bathroom of room 311 also needs to be replaced as the water does not flow from it properly, which is annoying when brushing teeth & washing hands at the sink.

Sauberes schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Reichlich Auswahl beim Menü. Super Personal. Freundlich zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

A szállás es a hozzátartozó étterem hangulata nagyon jo volt, szabad eg alatt is voltak asztalok, hangulatos de zárt udvar. Szobák szépek, személyzet nagyon kedves es segítőkész.

Az étel egy kicsit unalmas volt, keves variáció alt rendelkezésre, illetve gyakran ismétlődött. Azon lehetne még javítani.

Ligging van t hotel was goed! Hele lief en behulpzaam personeel. Schoon hotel werd dagelijks gepoetst. Ik was jarig tijdens het verblijf hadden ze dit opgemerkt in mn paspoort en hadden ze een taartje voor me gemaakt en werd er voor me gezongen!! Heel erg lief en attent van ze.

Badkamer was na het douchen hartstikke nat. Dat was wat minder!

They charged me $80 for a copy of the room key that unfortunately got lost ($80, when they could have just taken one of the ones they have on loan) then they lost a pair of shoes carrying them from the ground floor to the third floor (absurd)! Poor breakfast with nothing Western/international! I've been to a lot of places but they should improve the breakfast, people are shocked! I didn't like it!
