lovely big room with comfortable beds. loved the fireplace made the whole room cosy. shower worked well and bathroom was big enough. provided filtered drinking water which is good as the water in San Cristobal is toxic and we needed the filtered water for teeth brushing as well as washing up safetly and drinking. the free hot drinks from the shared “kitchen” was nice along with the fruit offered. super quiet, the one morning when we had issue with another guest blasting music was handled quickly via booking messages. the location was just outside of the city centre which was perfect for us :)

The “kitchen” could have had more than just a small fridge and microwave. That we couldn’t use the fridge in our room for personal items (?!). They messaged us at 3am to let some people in (we were asleep) and the messages seemed to imply that we were at fault and had done something to the locks (despite having stayed there for two days already with zero issues.)

I loved the location. Walking distance to sites of interest. The decor was pretty and the property well kept. It was clean and quiet. I rested well and had a fabulous time. I will definitely recommend and return.

It would have been nice to have in the kitchenette with a single electric stove burner for cooking and reheating food.

Sehr gemütliche und durch das Holz urige Unterkunft in recht zentraler Lage, d.h. alles fußläufig erreichbar. Richtig schön war der Kamin in dem man ein schönes Feuer machen kann. Bett sehr bequem!

Kommunikation erschien mir etwas "mürrisch", aber vielleicht kam mir das auch nur so vor, aber wenn keiner vor Ort ist, ist das halt eine wichtige Sache. Grundsätzlich wurden aber alle Fragen/Wünsche beantwortet.

On a tout aimé dans cette petite guest house super charmante et cosy. La chambre était super spacieuse avec plein de rangement. Les lits sont très confortables. Les nuits étaient fraîches, on a apprécié de pouvoir faire du feu dans la cheminée comme dans une petite cabane de montagne. On a apprécié l'eau et le café mis à disposition dans la chambre. L'emplacement est top, proche du centre historique et de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que du musée de l'ambre. On est arrivés très tôt et on est parti très tard. On a pu poser nos affaires dans les parties communes et en profiter en arrivant et repartent avec notre bus de nuit.

Uitstekende lokatie. Angelina, de kuisvrouw, was heel vriendelijk. De bed was fijn.

Spacious, comfortable, good location, clean, loved the shared kitchen and fruit/coffee.

Il posto è bellissimo e curato nei dettagli. Il letto è stracomodo, la camera è ampia con una zona salotto accogliente, tutto pulitissimo, e il caminetto rende l’atmosfera davvero speciale. Il contributo per la legna è molto economico e assolutamente sensato, anche perché ne offrono in abbondanza; nei giorni freddi è stato utilissimo, anche se il camino da solo non riesce a scaldare completamente l’intera stanza, quindi rimane comunque un po’ di fresco. Le zone comuni sono molto belle e accoglienti, con acqua, caffè, frutta e cereali sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. Pulizia impeccabile ovunque. Il bagno è bello e dotato di un ottimo bagnoschiuma. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Il bagno purtroppo restava molto freddo, magari fornire una piccola stufetta elettrica sarebbe di aiuto.

La comodidad y hogareño que está la habitación.

Que la puerta corrediza no tiene seguro.
