Close to supermarket, and the beach is within 20-30 mins walking distance. There was a kitchen but it was a bit under stocked. The host was very particular and made us leave right at 12pm even though we were waiting 5 minutes for our uber. The room was very bright for sleeping, the shower wasn’t very hot.
