Siisti ja puhdas huone. Lyhyt matka raitiovaunu ja metropysäkille.

Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet olivat todella kuluneita. Suihkusaippua yms puuttuivat. Jääkaappi haisi ummehtuneelta. Ikkunat avautui suoraan kadulle, joten ikkunoissa piti olla koko ajan verhot kiinni. Huoneiston ympäristö/ katu oli epäsiisti.

El ventilador de la habitación estaba como un poco malo y no ventilaba frío y en esa habitación q es en el piso de abajo, hacía mucho calor

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, la posizione è assolutamente favolosa, nel cuore di Arroios e a due passi da tutto. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di ogni comfort necessario. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente.

O espaço era incrível, ótima localização, maior do que eu estava à espera, muito acolhedor e bonito

As janelas, quando abri as cortinas percebi que dava mesmo para a rua, sendo um rés de chão é um pouco chato por causa da privacidade.

A quelques minutes à pied du centre de Lisbonne, le personnel très sympathique.

Les matelas pas confortables du tout et la chambre du bas sans fenêtre pas du tout faite pour les claustrophobes (ventilation compliquée car seul un diamètre de 1m00 relie à la chambre à l'étage avec la fenêtre).

The staff is very friendly, Isabel is very kind she offered me a place to wait till my room got ready and offered me an early check up and sent me links to supermarkets and places in the surrounding . Thank you very much The place is really big and equipped enough for all what a solo traveller needs. The beds are so comfy, like really comfy and i got good sleep and the area was really quiet. The cleanness could be improved the bathroom sink was clogged but i didn’t speak to them to fix it,otherwise they could have solved this issue. The location is very central and everything around is reachable within few minutes. Great value of money

People in some reviews were complaining about the neighbourhood , well it’s SAFE . Even the people around the square and next to the church are minding their own bussiness. What i didnt like is there is a hill to climb and wasn’t comfortable because of my injured leg but didn’t disturb me much

Die Lage war super, es war sauber und für Lissabon-Verhältnisse ein wirklich großes Zimmer. Außerdem gab es einen schönen, großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, Kaffee, Tee,... Kofferabstellen vor- und nach Check-In/ Check-out möglich. Unser Zimer war überpünktlich fertig, wir konnten direkt 12:30 Uhr einchecken.

Unser Zimmer war Parterre und die Fensterscheiben waren mit Folie beklebt, man konnte nicht raus schauen (man verpasst aber auch nichts, enge Straße mit parkenden Autos).
