"Good location, but way too many bikers!!"

Good location for exploring Kobarid and the owner was very nice and accommodating.

Too many bikers!! They overpowered the place which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. This is the main reason why we wouldn’t return to this hotel again.

"Superb"

The room was clean, the cleaner changed the towels every day. Staff is kind. The parking area is big, we had place for every night. Restaurant is good. The view was amazing.

There is no fridge/minibar in the room. One night was a technical issue and there were no warm water till the morning.

"Great location in a beautiful valley"

Excellent location, beautiful zone in the Julian Alps, close to Bovec

Bookings wasn’t clear on how many rooms we were booking and only needed one for my family, the owner was very gracious about this error on their part and was accommodating.
