La localisation, et le service

Cet hostel a vraiment besoin d’un rafraîchissement ! Les équipements sont moyens, pas beaucoup de vaisselle a disposition dans la cuisine, le linge paraît sale quand on arrive dans la chambre, pas d’eau chambre ni de clim dans les chambres privées, les matelas ne sont pas super conforts.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de ADO. Me sentí muy cómoda desde que llegué, el recepcionista muy buena onda durante toda mi estadía, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y despejar dudas. El lugar cumple con todas las condiciones para tener una estadía tranquila y cómoda. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme !

"Exceptional"

Good for the price for Palenque. Great location close to ADO bus station, collectivos, shops and restaurants. Nice roof top terrace. Basic kitchen (could use a few more things) is handy. Owner was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with aircon.

Needs some maintenance but, you get what you pay for here.

No me gustó nada, me trataron como una delincuente y aparte restricciones como si fuera un 5 estrellas, te nía aire que solo se puede prender hasta las 10 de la noche

La ubicación perfecta

Fue horrible, después de viajar tanto llegar a descansar y que se pusieran a trabajar aas 7 am, no pude dormir bien y además no dejaron dormir.. las reglas de comodidad muy mal la verdad.. Creo que les hace falta empatía, una chica llegó a dormir por 3 hr y no la dejaron...
