The stay was great and also the host! He even dropped us at the airport at 430am. Couldnt have asked for more, would recommend 200%.

Eno, the owner was super sweet and welcoming. The room is in his own house where you can use the kitchen, living room, the terrace etc.. Everything was very clean, beds were comfy (but bit too short) and the view from the terrace was amazing

Vivienda Madalena is a house, where the owners are letting of of the rooms to guests. You get a very comfortable room and can use a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a terrace. Even though the owners live there, we didn't really meet anyone except the owner who welcomed us, so it felt like we have the whole house just for ourselves. The view from the terrace is amazing, you can see the whole beautiful city - Machico. It is very close to the airport, however it is better to have your own car.

Everything really. Property was as described, Owner was friendly and helpful, Access to everything, House was clean, quiet and we would come back any time. Is up the hill but the views are fantastic and the price is reasonable. He had the house pretty much to ourselves. The beach is not too far away. Supermarkets and bus stop 10 mins away. Restaurants in the area.
