"Nice location and good value but noisy until 22:00"

The staff, coffee, and kitchen area were very convenient.

The Penzion sits on top of a restaurant and although the noise from the music stopped at 22:00, it was hard to sleep until then. We had to wake up early the following morning.

Der freundliche Rezeptionist. Die Lindenbäume.

Lampe und Haken im Bad kaputt; ersatzbettzeug im Kleiderschrank, daher kein Platz für Kleider. Seersuckerbettwäsche EXTREM kraus. Schöne Terrasse vorm Fenster, auf der die anderen Gäste bus spät nachts geraucht und getrunken haben. Es wäre unmöglich gewesen, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Lieblos eingerichtet und keinesfalls den Fotos entsprechend.

Florijan was great and he took the time to show me different adresses and directions to visit. The hotel is perfectly located to visit Ljubljana! I recommend it!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. The studio is spacious, beautiful, clean and well-equipped (including the kitchen with refrigerator), which makes it especially nice for a longer stay. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and easy to reach (including by email) throughout the entire stay. There is good coffee and tea in the common area (which is also very well equipped with a refrigerator, sink, etc.) available to guests. The location is also great: the surrounding area is beautiful and calm (relative to the busier parts of town), but still only a short walk from the center. There is also a beautiful terrace with chairs and tables with plenty of shade from the trees (perfect for summer). I very much enjoyed my stay. In my opinion, this place deserves at least three stars!! Hvala!

There were some small things (for example the toilet) which could use an upgrade, but this was very minor relative to the whole experience, which was extremely nice overall.
