Penzion Pod Lipo

Lovely accommodation. Staff very helpful and friendly. Use of kitchen for drinks anytime. Lovely balcony to sit on and watch the world go by. Lots of trees around. So peaceful and quiet.

Penzion provides private parking. Close proximity to the city center.

The room had windows to the terrace, which is basically the smoking place of the penzion. So when we arrived, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The chair in the room was quite dirty. The reception on the day of our departure was empty, even though there should be someone from 8 till 10. We were also told that someone will be there by the receptionist the evening before.

Struttura un po' datata, camera un po' piccola con poco spazio per i bagagli e i vestiti

It was in a good location, it was a busy weekend (May day weeekend) and there wasn't much available. So for value it was ok. It was very basic, but clean and the sstaff were extremely helpful.

It was just a 10 mins walk from the river and the city centre in a very quiet area, near a supermarket and other restaurants. The staff were really nice and helpful; before reaching Lubiana I had some questions and Florijan promptly replied and helped.
