Casa Sixta is in a great location! It is very close to three beautiful beaches, and several more just further down either direction. I loved going to Manzanillo, because it was beautiful and close enough that I could just leave my things at the hostel, walk down to the beach, swim and come back within an hour, but you'll probably stay longer. It is also a great location as far as access to a supermarket, or little tiendas, and many little restaurants. Magnolia is amazing ! She will seriously help you with anything. She is a local and can give you suggestions on anything you are looking for. This was my first time as a solo female traveler, and this was a great place to feel safe and know she will help you if needed. Magnolia kept the rooms and common areas super clean. I loved interacting with the other guests in the nice, shady outdoor area. I will definitely be back!

Nice room with a modern look. It was the first hot shower I’ve had in traveling Mexico for three weeks. Close to many restaurants and bars. Nice common area and kind host.

Fantastic host, really lovely and kind. We felt at home. Had everything we needed and the room was very comfortable. Great location also close to the best beaches.

That we had to leave

We originally booked just 1 night but extended this to 8. We stayed in both the private suite and dormitories. Both were very clean, comfortable and had access to a great kitchen and relax space. Nice and quiet and cool at night time. Magnolia is so kind and made sure to go the extra mile!

Great host, only a little language barrier if you don’t speak spanish. Hostel was nice and clean & we also got an own room with my friend.

Very nice host and great location. You are in city center and can go to different places around. Also the host is amaizing and helpful in every situation. The room was super clean, quiet and comfortable! I can only recommend stay at Casa Sixta.

We had an amazing time! The room was beautiful - spacious, nicely furnished, quiet, and comfortable. Magnolia was a lovely host! We liked the fact that we stayed in the authentic part of the town a bit away from the tourists. Thanks for everything!
