Ishan and Luksha were exceptionally obligating . They went out of the way to ensure our trip was memorable. Great location with excellent Sri Lankan breakfast. They provided afternoon tea with cakes. Worth the stay and I would highly recommend this premise.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had very nice gardens. The staff were lovely, and the service was excellent. They were also able to organise car transfers at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious Sri Lankan foods (there is also a western breakfast option available). It was very good value for money.

It was about a 1km walk on roads with no footpaths to get to the town centre

Walking distance to most places around the town. Wonderful staff and modern facilities.

Huoneessa oli kosteaa, etenkin kylpyhuoneessa. Äänieristys on huono, onneksi huone oli toisessa kerroksessa. Toki riippuu siitä, kuinka metelöiviä matkaajia muut ovat.

It was a lovely surprise to check in and find out we had been upgraded to a private cabana. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even arranged a driver for the next day for us.

The Edgeware in Nuwara Eliya is an absolute gem. The rooms are beautifully designed with stunning views, and the atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made the stay even more enjoyable. From the comfort to the cleanliness and overall vibe, everything exceeded expectations. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya, and I’d love to come back again.
