Locația + priveliștea + curtea din spate de vis (gen Alpii Austriei), foarte curat, bucătărie comună cu frigider, parcare în curte.

Drumul de acces (cca 7km) cam dificil la urcare din Bran-Moieciu, dacă nu ai mașina strong (serpentine înguste + abrupte) deși e asfaltat. Din păcate accesul spre Măgura a rămas drum forestier, dar priveliștile sunt ultra relaxante.
