Castelul Stirbey

Lovely stay in a castle. Room was cozy and clean, and even had a lounge area to sit in next to our room. No other guests during our stay, it was very peaceful. It's extremely close to the cable car and two lovely restaurants we tried. As guests, we were also given free access to the museum inside the castle which we enjoyed visiting. Beware the brown bears if you go out late evening, they seem to come into town once it gets dark to look for food. We saw one during our walk after dinner and had to head straight back to the castle.

The hotel was an old castle, located up a hill near town. The surrounding environment is very nice with lots of green and bird chirping. The staff was very helpful and helped us to carry luggage up the spiral staircase to 1st floor. There is a large sitting area with simple cooking facilities.

It doesn’t happen so often that you can actually stay in a historically significant villa that’s also a museum! Also perfectly located to explore Sinaia by foot. The staff are very nice and always trying their best.

The facilities in the room are a bit basic, I didn’t mind for one night, but might not be convenient for a longer stay.

O cladire -muzeu extraordinar restaurata , unde la mansarda, poti sa te cuibaresti si sa iti reîncărcarci bateriile pt a vizita Sinaia si imprejurimile. Recomand pt familii cu copii, pozitie extracentrala, si au si un spatiu comun,cu tv, cu acces la frigider, cuptor cu microunde, vesela si ceainic electric. Personalul extrem de amabil si de ajutor.

Cladire superba in centru orasului

Amenajarea mansardei se potriveste cu o cladire istorica ….ca nuca-n perete. Tamplarie din plastic mobilier din mdf si pal cu tot atatea culori cate piese de mobilier. Si ca sa fie totul complet mobilierul mai avea si imprimeuri cu mesaje in limba engleza. Cel putin asa arata camera in care am stat. Plus pozitionarea patului astfel incat pe pat se poate sta in picioare dar cand treci pe la capatul patului trebuie sa te apleci.
