Conacul Cornu 1945

Everything was perfect. From staff to owner, we were really cared of and enjoyed our time here. We had the queen room, which was quite large, very clean and had a big desk that was super handy since we were working remote for half of our stay. The wifi was fast and reliable and we had no issue with video calls. The room had all the amenties such as good quality toiletries, slippers, complimentary bottles of water, everything you get at a 5 stars hotel, but with better service :) There are plenty of options at the accommodation for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is also a plus since restaurants in the area are limited. But for sure attention of staff, their politeness and frendlieness impressed us very much and it is really difficult to come across such excellent people and services. We hope to go back soon.

Clean big room & bathroom

Occasionally some noise from the restaurant area due to some indolent parents who let the children to scream and run near other guests.

The property is absolutly gprgeaus. Superb view, interipr is fantastic with big rooms and beautiful and quality furniture. Huge space for kids to play and adults to walk around and relax.

This place is a real gem. The owners did a very good job at restoring this manor. Everything is new and beautifully chosen. The rooms are large and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom is also big and offers everything one would need. The food served here is not fancy but it's very tasty romanian food and prepared with attention. The breakfast is also delicious. We spent our time playing badminton or football, ss they offer a that you need. We also enjoyed a walk through the hills. The owner was nice enough to ask the kitchen to prepare sandwiches, water and apples for the road. We had a very relaxing time!

It was a beautiful stay, did not expect it to be this good. It's a great place to relax, clean air, no noise, the room was bigger than what you'd expect for this area, it just ticked all the boxes. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they also gave us some homemade dishes on the house. But more importantly, I need to review Teddy the cat. This fluffer pops in at just the right times, will not stop eating or being incredibly lovable around people. He sits on your lap, even jumps on your chair if you ask him to. He lets you pick him up, pet him, play with him, and sometimes he'll even try to follow you into the Conac. But don't feel guilty for not letting him in -- he actually lives next door. Same as you, the Conac is just where he spends his holiday. 10/10 would pet again.
