Быстро заселились, близко от центра. Очень удобные матрас и подушка, в номере было тепло. Чайник в номере-тоже очень удобно,хороший wi-fi.

Наш номер выходил окнами на оживленную улицу,машины совершенно не дали спать ,шумно и вечером,и рано утром, не выспались абсолютно. Нужны обязательно беруши.

In reading my review, please consider the source -- a man 71 years old, with restricted mobility and limited wind, as well as a tendency to be grumpy. -- My room, #4, was under the roof, up several flights of stairs : For me not ideal ; for others not an issue. However, the delivery of hot water (too small a boiler, too high up a bathroom ? ), which was slow and grudging, likely WILL be an issue for others as well as for me. The room's furnishings were adequate. The amenities would be easy to improve ; sachets of instant coffee and white sugar were provided, as were herbal-tea bags. Black tea ? Powdered milk ? Decaffeinated coffee ? Sweetener other than sugar ? The shower stall lacks a shelf or a wire basket for glasses, safety razor, toiletries : This really should be provided. * * * Some of the features of the hotel that left me disappointed are beyond the host's powers to remediate. The hotel sits on a rather busy, noisy road and the neighbourhood is desolate -- those who want to wander out into the local streets and be spoilt for choice of interesting restaurants and quaint shops will wish that they were staying elsewhere. The hotel clearly can't be moved ! My sleep one night was ruined by noisy adolescents ; well, a hotelkeeper can't know what guests will be like. This was simply bad luck. But of some importance is that no staff are on-site, and whether a problem is a matter of re-stocking supplies or one of admonishing rowdies, it can't be expeditiously addressed with off-site management. The manager with whom I communicated was all civility, very forthcoming, quick to respond to e-mails sent via Booking.com -- but. * * * The hotel at one time incorporated a restaurant. That no longer is the case. Some on-line reviews may include notes on the breakfast served, the dinners that can be had. Don't expect them.
