From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that this property does not house an elevator. All rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors and are accessible via the staircase only. The front desk operates from 12:00 to 22:00 daily. Please note that it is not possible to check-in after 22:00. One child under 9 years can stay for free when sharing existing bed with parents. A one-night prepayment deposit via Paypal or local bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The payment will be charged anytime after your booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide any payment instructions.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. The location of this guesthouse also is quite near to Bukit Bendera.

I am able to hear the conversation coming from the adjacent room, and there is a lot of noise in the vicinity of the guesthouse.

Very organized and strategic location. Common area with facilities such as microwave, fridge etc. No smoking area with place for smokers outside which is good.

I dont think it is value for money. The room is small for a family room for the price. It was last minute but I cant complain. It is basically a square space with beds and a built in extremely small bathroom/toilet (can’t really move in there) and because it is attached to the room and small, be sure to go with someone who doesn’t smell 🫣 or the whole room will. If youre booking early, pretty sure you can get a bigger and better place for the price. Oh yeah and it is located 3/4 floors up so if you like exercising whenever you go out, this place is for you.
