From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that this property does not house an elevator. All rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors and are accessible via the staircase only. The front desk operates from 12:00 to 22:00 daily. Please note that it is not possible to check-in after 22:00. One child under 9 years can stay for free when sharing existing bed with parents. A one-night prepayment deposit via Paypal or local bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The payment will be charged anytime after your booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide any payment instructions.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
