very clean, there is hot water. big room. The location is almost perfect, the only thing that might bother you is the trains. But at night they don’t seem to go. We didn't hear.

The rooms and hotel in general are clean and tidy, the owner is always there and ready to help. The location is great, even if there is a railway nearby it is still quiet and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very comfortable and clean beds.

There were not enough of towels - only one tow for one person.

"Exceptionally clean quest house."

I should say it is an exceptionally clean quest house and we have been to quite a few here I Shri Lanka. Rooms are super clean, the management is very nice, wi do works excellent, location is superb, close to the beach where there are no waves. The room was dry, unlike many we saw in Shri Lanka, more over we had our own fridge. True, there is a railway road close by, but it did not bother us at all.

Nothing . The best quest house we have every stayed in Shri Lanka.
