Fantastic hotel in Semporna, the staff were amazing and the rooms were extremely comfortable, modern and clean. The breakfast which is served at Secawan cafe is outstanding

I had breakfast with the breakfast ticket provided by the hotel. The environment was quite nice

The location of the room is just so-so. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the pier and over twenty minutes to reach Cape 1 of Longmen Inn. The room environment usually only provides us with a glass cup. There are mosquitoes in the room, so we have to buy mosquito coils ourselves. It's also very noisy outside when we sleep at night. The room service is just so-so. We stayed for three days, but no one came to clean for us. When we were checking out, we wanted him to delay our check-out by two hours and he directly deducted all of our deposit.

It’s in a pretty good location. The beach and the dive centers are easy to get to. There’s a really nice café with a great atmosphere with high-quality, where they also serve breakfast. It’s the perfect base in Semporna, even if you plan to spend a few nights elsewhere in between.

They wouldn't budge an inch when we couldn't eat one of our included daily breakfasts—we couldn't even trade it for a free afternoon coffee. Aside from breakfast, you probably won't want to order anything else at the café because it's ridiculously expensive.
