Clean. Easy to communicate with owner. Location very close to nice eating places

For house no. 5. Upgrading may be good such as.. 1. Add Shower water heater. Available in 2nd bathroom but not functioning. 2. To change carpet and sofa. 3. Add coffee table at living room. 4. Add small microwave and drinking water like cuckoo/coway would be nice to have. Note: There's crack on the wall and the door making sound as it closes and open.
