The location is good, literally a two minute walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and helpful.

We purchased a superior room and it didn’t match the photos. There is no coffee machine or kettle in the room as it states, as well as a seating area that it also claims to come with, however, when we asked the staff, they did provide us with a table and chairs. We also noticed that when we got to the room that the bedding had big stains on it, so we had to ask for it to be changed. The hotel is very loud, you can hear everyone and everything. We had other loud guests above who disturbed us as we could hear everything. All in all it wasn’t the best stay. However, we cannot fault the staff as they are lovely.

I liked the location it's really calm, you do not hear any cars and the train just a little bit. The beach is just a 3 Minutes walk apart. The owner is really nice, helpful and caring. My room was super huge and the bed was very comfy. Everything worked like I expected it to do. There was also a kitchen and a terrace where I had my breakfast.

I told the staff it's hot and could use another fan and next day they bought a new fan. They really went so far to make my stay comfortable. Property is really neat and clean located very near to the beach. It's highly recommended in Hikkaduwa. Thank you so much for the kind hospitality.

All I can say is that we loved it here, we booked 3 nights and have 2 more because we liked it so much. It’s close to the long and beautiful Narigama Beach, about 5 minutes walk. We had a big room with a good AC and fan, nice and comfortable bed with mosquito net. The staff is so helpful, nice and service minded! The place is calm and quiet! We really recommend this place! 👌🏽😃
