Not much to mention 😔

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at Rumah Rehat QNM Holidays, booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below the standard advertised and did not match the images or positive reviews presented on Booking.com. While the room initially appeared ordinary, its overall cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities were highly disappointing and unacceptable for the price paid. Cleanliness: The area beneath the bed was dusty and covered in cobwebs, clearly indicating that it had not been cleaned for a long period. Doors: The front door was damaged with a faulty lock and extremely difficult to open or close due to it scraping against the floor. The bathroom door was also worn out and in poor condition, making it inconvenient to use. Internet Connection: The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and very slow, even after switching to another server, which caused significant inconvenience during the stay. Ceiling: The ceiling was stained and discolored due to water leakage and dampness, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic environment. Overall, the actual condition of the room was completely inconsistent with the property’s online representation and did not justify the price charged. It was a disappointing experience and far from the level of quality expected when booking through a trusted platform like Booking.com. This was my first and, regrettably, will be my last stay at this property. I kindly request that Booking.com review this matter and consider an appropriate partial or full refund for the inconvenience and misrepresentation experienced.
