Bed making sounds, Basic availability of Coffee / Tea etc. Only one toilet/shower for 3 rooms.

Toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilet.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s a large closet with extra blankets and a well equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place.

While booking the apartment, I didn’t realize it was located in the basement. As a result, it’s quite difficult to get rid of humidity in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged with hair, causing water to pool. Some of the other guests ended up flooding the entire bathroom and didn’t clean up afterwards. I had to take care of the situation and fix it myself. However, I informed the owner, who responded with genuine concern and was very caring.

It wasn’t clear for me from the description that there’s one toilet for 3 rooms, and that the rooms are in half basements, so there are windows but it’s half underground

Very good location for public transport use. There is a great cheap restaurant - Fire Place just across the street. It could be a great place during the hot summer as the room is below ground level. Good furnitures.

The room has large windows, but it is under ground level, so it is not sunny, but the heaters were on and the room is really cozy, even birds singing by the window.
