The staff were very helpful in trying to fix the problem, where they were able to help.

We were two families travelling together and hired two appartement and both families were bitterly disappointed. This is a list of issues we found between the two families Building materials, bed frames, doors, water tanks, etc in the parking lot making it difficult to park. Insufficient lighting in the stairwells. Bathrooms lack mirrors. Sharp metal wires sticking out of grouting in the toilet. Electrical wiring in kitchen not complete and the extension cord provided kept tripping as it wasn't up to the job of running a fridge, kettle and stove. Amenities are nothing like shown in the photos. No bedside tables provided, no pots, not enough plates or cutlery, no drinking glasses, etc. Door to shared balcony couldn't be locked, in the one flat Front door lock kept jamming, despite it being a new lock ( also only one of the flats) Wastepaper basket in kitchen should be replaced with a proper rubbish bin. No dishwashing liquid, a scourer or plug in the kitchen. Nowhere to hang towels - no rails or hooks except for inside the shower. Extractor fan had loose wires hanging from it on arrival, which they cut off when asked. Upon request, they connected the extractor fan a day later, since the stink of fresh tile cement in the shower was unlivable. Kitchen sink still had remnants of delivery plastic attached and partially grouted in. Kitchen counter had no veneer on front face.

Anastene was absolutely fantastic. She went the exstra mile for us. Thank you!

No pots or pans although there was a stove.

Close to the beach. Clean, basic.

No detergent to wash dishes with. Booking.com gave me a three bedroom apartment but the place apparently does not have 3 bedroom apartments so i got a 2 bedroom apartment. Minimal inside parking. Balcony door did not lock and had no key. Needs to be upgraded as the place is very outdated.

the place was good ,clean and ok. Had a very comfortable stay and just got what we needed.The staff were friendly .

it would have been nice if their's a bedside plugs

The property was awesome. Clean and centre of town. We were a family of 7 that incline a 1 year old. NB! One room could have fit the whole family, there was no need older the second room

There were construction happening , but not a big deal. Things were a big scattered with building materials. But all in all it was amazing
