Kuaotunu's Peebles Cottage

Remote and tranquil. I could hear night birds, see all the stars, watch the full moon rise into the night sky.

The location is a little off the beaten track, but the drive is worth it. The cottage is well appointed, tastefully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The silence and tranquility are beyond no other. The hosts Jane and Doug are warm lovely people who make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. Would fully recommend this property to anyone that needs to recharge their personal batteries. The bed is so comfortable, and I loved being lulled to sleep by the calls of the morepork.

Jane and Doug are wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed chatting with them. The cottage is in a beautiful location, super comfortable and everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved it and would like to have stayed for longer.

Extremely friendly welcome and wonderfully peaceful location. We had a really good stay for 3 days.

Having to go outside and back in again to get to the kitchen. Also, there is no washing machine or tumble dryer in the kitchen contrary to what is stated in the property details. The owner kindly did a wash for us for a small charge.

Cottage was clean and comfortable. Jane and Doug (Hosts) have thought of everything. Very quiet and private. Booked 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer.

Gorgeous in every respect! Peace and quiet, short drive to beaches. Hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Track to the property a little rough.

This place far exceeded our expectations! It is such an idillic location, which offers peace and quite in a tranquil setting. All the creature comforts are supplied for you, as alot of thought has gone in to the overall experience here including his and hers oodies to watch the night sky and listen to the night time bird life.

Absolutely nothing

Everything, beautiful location,, cottage has absolutely everything you will need and more. Jane and Doug are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Sat out on the veranda listening to the Kiwi's and watching the Milky Way.in the warm snuggly hoodies provided. Thank you for the travel advice , we went to New Chums beach and watched dolphins just off the coast followed by a bumpy drive to Port Jackson and a lovely walk. Thankyou so much
