"Would recommend lots of room and good heating if you are going in Winter you will not be cold!"

Very spacious and clean. Good pillows, good heating options

The dishwasher was out of order, we had to do a lot of dishes on our holiday, but I am sure it will be in the process of getting fixed so this would not put us off staying again. No alcohol allowed we didn't realise this when we made the booking.

"Spacious and comfortable"

The flat is so spacious with a large, well-equipped, kitchen, comfortable living area, small but functional bathroom, and two nice bedrooms. We appreciated the washing machine and heat pump as Dunedin can be chilly. The wifi worked well and the location was nice, near the beach and not far to a supermarket. The flat was clean and instructions were mostly clear.

Parking is on the street outside the house which was safe. But we brought everything inside for the night. The only suggestion would be to add bedside lamps.

"An older couples perspective of this property"

We loved the location being central to all the activities we had planned. The property was warm and cosy. Big well equiped kitchen. The lounge room was nice and cosy where you could lay back and relax.

The bathroom and toilet were both very small and could present problems for those with mobility issues. Being an older couple we were able to adjust to these minor issues.

"Very roomy, comfortable and very clean"

Spotlessly clean. We arrived late and appreciated that heating was on and curtains had been pulled. Had trouble with lock but someone arrived and helped us gain entry. Really comfortable and so clean!

"Cozy, Warm, Homely!"

Loved this well looked after home - reminded us all of our childhood homes with it's decor and layout. Nice and warm. A friendly neighbour's cat would pop in which we all loved.

The double bed is uncomfortable, I wouldn't be able to stay here for more than a couple nights. Would be great to have a shower caddy or shelf in the shower to place bathing items. And a suggestion to update the shower from a shower curtain to a glass door! Shower curtains just always seem unhygienic and then they stick to you when there is a draft!
