"Don’t stay here"

A work colleague stayed and arrived at midnight, with instructions on how to get in. He was told there were 2 properties and to make sure he was in the right one on arrival. Upon arrival someone in a tent said that Bruce has said he was expecting someone and asked if he’d like help with his bags, the key was in room 3 ready. It turned out to be the wrong room 3, and Bruce kicked him out at 8am on day one of the stay when he was supposed to be there longer, demanding an extra $40 It almost seemed like the guy was there to distract him to get him in the wrong room so he could demand more money, everywhere was empty and Bruce clearly can’t fill his rooms Bruce was rude and abrupt, telling my coworker to fuck off
