Butas švarus, viskuo aprūpintas (plaukų džiovintuvas, lygintuvas, skalbimo mašina, mikrobangų krosnelė, džiovyklė, kiekvienam kambary ir virtuvėje televizoriai ir t.t.), pirmame aukšte, patogūs erdvūs kambariai. Maloni šeimininkė. Išskirtinai patogi automobilių aikštelė, gali išvažiuoti ir grįžti niekam nesukeliant nepatogumų. Internetas puikiai veikė.

Sūnui nepatiko tai, kad orkaitėje nebuvo nei grotelių, nei skardos. Nusipirko šaldytą picą, negalėjo pasišildyti (mikrobangėje nešildo net namie). Jei jau yra orkaitė, tai keista, jog tuščia.
