The room was clean

The receptionist kept me waiting and waited the money, even though I had a newborn baby who was hungry and was crying so much. I would have appreciated more empathy , so I could go to the room and pay few minutes later, after I calmed down the child. Secondly, I was asked to move 3 times my car, because the owner didn't like where I have parked it( first place, a designated parking lot, he said he has something to work there, no one was working there when I left so I didn't Block anything; second place, he saw me parkinson but didn't even brother to tell me in person, he just honked to the receptionist and Sent her to my door to ask me to move my car, because I was in front of a small gateway from his restaurant, but not blocking it, I moved the car a third time and the receptionist ran after me saying that is not a good place also... I almost wanted to leave that moment, but my kids were very tired and also was I. The forth place was the final one, but it was in the street, near very busy DN1. It was advertised as a guarded parking place but I saw no one there, either in the evening or this morning. Besides the problems with the receptionist, the owner and moving my car, the room was very dark it didn't have a window just a door with a window. There was an attic window, but you needed a ladder to try to open it, so I couldn't. All in all, I am giving the hotel a 4 bad experience for me and kids.
