Excelente Ubicación, muy cómodo y acogedor

Ótimo localização, muito perto da Plaza de Armas! Instalação bem limpas e em otimas condições! Casa é confortável e você realmente se sente muito bem no local! Mario, o proprietário foi excelente! Explicou como funciona tudo na casa e permitiu que eu deixasse a minha mochila em um local depois do check-out. Eu tive um imprevisto de saúde em um tour e precisei de um.banho antes de pegar o ônibus noturno, ele permitiu que eu tomasse um banho em um outro alojamento com uma pequena taxa antes de sair! Muito grato por tudo! Foi uma hospegagem excepcional!!!

É um lugar simples, porém limpo, bem localizado e a relacao custo benefício é muito boa.

La ubicación

Entraba mucha claridad en el cuarto.

Muito bom. Perto da praça principal da cidade, perto de comércios, restaurantes, tudo . Ótimo para dormir. Atendimento do Berra excelente. Lugar limpo e organizado . Achei muito seguro também como mulher viajante solo

I asked for money back after spending about 1 hour there and they gave it back.

At first the water in the shower was boiling hot- no option for cold water in the shower. Messaged the guy on whatsapp. He came. I was in the shower, went out in my towel. He lowered the temp, I checked, seemed fine. Then for the next period there was literally no hot water (went in and out, but mainly cold). I waited, did everything. Nada. I texted again. No response. Also, low pressure. The guy in charge said I needed to let him know by whatsapp if there is no pressure so he can do something to the bomber. I mean...yes please. I just came from doing the Inca Trail for 4 days and all was hoping for was a proper shower. Didn't get it after trying.. so I packed everything and left. Asked for money back, went to some of the doors downstairs in the yard (no reception) and he did give it back in cash. Btw, when coming in there is no sign for Casa de laura and the people around the street might not guide you to it because it's in the same yard as another hostel and they're competing I guess. You enter a yard (if let in by someone) and then hope for the best. There's no reception. No travel desk. No one to ask anything about the city etc. The light in the room is dim and dungeony. I felt like I was in a hostage room. Dust. The bathroom is improvised and there is no real wall between it and room so all the vapor from the shower spreads in the entire room. What can I say...never again.
