Very good location and beautiful accommodation. My bed was really comfortable and tea bags and coca leaves were provided. The owner is very kind and welcoming.

You can hear music at night, but that isn’t the owner’s fault, it’s because of the location.

This was a booking for my Mum. Great location, right by the central square. Nice little apartment within the complex. Good facilities and friendly dog.

They had a party one night and it went well into the night, and was very loud. Not really an ongoing issue though.

Very nice staff, willing to help. Arrangment of arrival and departure is possible probably at any time. location directly in the city center.

The neighborhood is quite noisy.

We booked the room a day before arriving. Had a 11 hour nightbus from arequipa. when we arrived at the place we were not sure if its it, because it doesn't resemble the pictures at all. there is a constructionsite inside the actual house and stuff lying around everywhere. the room we booked was "not available". they tried to give us an apartment that was very far away "instead". did the same thing with the guests before us that they sent away. their explanation was that the daughter who owns the place works in a bank and has a lot of stuff to do and doesn't actualize the availability on booking. we were extremely tired and has no sleep. very bad service

The location was great, very close to Plaza de Armas and old town Cusco. Fairly walkable to all the places we wanted to go. The hosts were very friendly.

Ahead of time we were told there was an issue with the booking system and instead of the room we booked, we had to stay in a downgraded version for the first night. Then when we switched rooms the next morning we went to a different/better room, but it wasn't like any of the pictures shown at booking of the room I was expecting to stay in. The room had no AC or heating. We essentially slept with 4 blankets in order to stay warm during the night since we were there during winter. And even then the rest of the room was quite cold when the sun was down. Also the water shut off sometime after 8 pm due to the water pressure being too low is what we were told. So we either had to plan to make it back before then to shower & brush our teeth, or wait until the morning. It was near some bars and music could be heard until 3 am or so when the bars closed. It was a nuisance, but not unexpected due to many other reviews saying the same thing. Ultimately for the price we paid, I guess we probably got what we paid for. But if I were to go back then I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere else with more comforts.
