Good location, affordable price, clean.

Some mattresses were super comfy, while others were not— you could feel bed springs. Listed with full kitchenette on Booking.com, but there was nothing. it took 6 days just for them to put a small fridge in our room.

Location was in a nice area with many conveniences within a very short walk. The price was best in area. Wifi was great speed (100 mbps). Hot water for showers. The only reason it is rated an 8 by me is because it’s the best value for the area, but it was complete false advertising on Booking.com.

My son accidentally flushed toilet paper down the toilet, which caused an issue with pipe blockage. The seal on the cap of the 3” pipe opening on the floor broke and our bathroom and room flooded. The manager was very angry about it and tried to kick us out. This conversation was happening while I was cleaning up the flood at 10 o’clock at night. My kids were woken up and it was the worst night trying to get it cleaned up and then put my kids back to sleep. He wanted us to leave the next morning, but I insisted we stay (on the advise of legal counsel) until the end of our agreed upon reservation (I had extended it a few days.) On Booking.com it stated that there were multiple queen beds and a full kitchenette, but there was 1 double bed, 3 twin beds (2 were bunkbeds), and absolutely no kitchenette. When I asked about it, they said no kitchen because of Covid. lol. There was no evidence of there ever being any kitchenette in the room or any shared kitchen outside the room. They also have you hand in your room key when you leave and return it to you when you get back, which I didn’t understand. They also needed to enter our room while we were out and left it unlocked.
