Restaurant Pensiune Bucovina

Location was amazing and the food.

Since we entered the building, we have not been greeted or approached nicely by any member of staff. As we were walking in, one member of staff starts saying that the restaurant is closed and they are not serving any more food. We were there to check in, not to have food. After waiting to be checked in, the lady asks if I can cancel the booking because she cashed up for the day and the reservation does not come up on the system. I refused to do so and she did it manually. After going upstairs, I realised that the bins in the room have not been emptied and the heating did not work the whole night. We have been profoundly disappointed in the service provided by the members of staff present at the time.

The accommodation is located centrally, has fast wifi and the staff is really helpful. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds, and all the amenities one might need.

The bathroom door in our room had a hole in it, we found it pretty weird. Also, the phone was not working.
