spacious and well ventilated room, excellent location. I like the turtle arts in receiving area. Beach front. Kind staff. If you are looking for perfect serenity… this is a perfect place to be.

The property had a beautiful oceanfront area!! Great for swimming and snorkelling. We liked that it was away from the town area of Moalboal. But if you are looking to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle then this is not the place for you. Breakfast was also very good here!!

When we arrived at the resort and checked in we were told our room did not have air conditioning and that it would be an additional 400php per night yet when we got to our room there was an air conditioner in it. The property seems a bit run down, not sure if this is the aftermath of the Covid pandemic but it could use a good clean up around the property and some of the garden areas.

It had the best view! Easy access to the ocean and very quiet. The staff were amazing! They deserve a raise.

The quality of the room could have dictated a lower price. Breakfast should be earlier (they start at 8am), Internet could be improved. StarLink could solve that issue easily.

Kim was a great host

The staff were warm and very nice. They were very friendly and accommodating. One of the staff was also very considerate and apologetic because the room we were transferred had a lightbulb that was damaged. Overall, the staff were nice it's just that the female owner was kinda strict and not really warm compared to the other staff.

The beach was terrible it was all stony and lots of floating objects. I was also surprised because on the facility note included at booking.com the room we booked includes air-conditioned however when we arrived at the place to our surprise, we were told that the room is no longer air-conditioned because it was under construction or something. We had to pay additional Php 300 to be transferred to an air-conditioned room, the room we were transferred was substandard the ceiling light was not functioning at all, and the room was very dusty. The food and soft drinks were also very expensive. The 8oz coke cost PHP 65. bottled mineral water 500ml was PHP 60, a cup of rice is PHP 60, shampoo and conditioner sachet were PHP 15 each. Everything in the resort we're all I think overpriced and expensive. Most of the guest had to go outside the town to get a food on their own because the Menu was expensive. Although the place was chill and private it's not budget friendly.

Stefan's accomodation is a really nice and quiet place in a nicely arranged green oasis. If you want to get away from party, fine dining, highspeed-internet, rush and noise - this is your place! Bring some books and many thoughts - and you will find many hammocks and sitting/chilling possibilities under palm trees, next to a nice green pont. Direct sea access and nice sitting possibilities straight at the sea. Very safe place as there is a special and friendly night watch expert around round the clock. Rooms are simple but cosy with fan and if you want little AC. Bathroom very basic but this is just normal here. There's a reeeeally nice and cosy and friendly restaurant at the street - only 10min walking away.

Near the beach, quiet area.

This property is grossly misrepresented on Booking.com. and advertised as a 3 star property. The reality is 1.5 star, it is run down, very outdated and basic. Despite offering an array of amenities, very few existed in reality. The property is very poorly maintained, unhygienic and the flooring in the reception area is unsafe. I travelled with my son who is differently abled and has strict food requirements, I booked the room with a kitchen at the cost of $100US a day so he could cook his own meals. There is obviously an expectation that a room costing $100US in the Philippines would be clean, useable and as described. There was no stove, no cutlery, no bowls or cleaning products. I had to ask for dish soap and ended up buying my own. I was told that the restaurant was also closed that day because the cook went home. My son lived on canned tuna and instant noodles. Not exactly the beach side holiday we had in mind. Staffing could be described as informal at best, as there were different people around everyday and it was unclear who actually worked there. Despite staying a week, the room was never serviced, we used 2 thin towels for a week. There were holes in the fly screens, the batteries in the room safe were rusty which means it didn’t work, the table cloths on outdoor furniture were full of holes, dirty and never changed. The buildings showed badly repaired damage with birds flying around in the exposed roof cavity.
