Secret Spot Siargao

The ambiance of the property was very good. It was homey and inviting.

It was 5 or 6 minutes ride away from GL. But if like us, you want to be away from night time buzz, this is a plus.

Hotel manager and hotel vibes! location is good too, 5’ away from GL. Pretty cool that you can cook on the hotel (shared kitchen). The hotel is really clean, constant cleaning.

If you get the attic room, it’s a little noisy but you are provided with earplugs and sleeping mask.

very helpful staff, clean place, they try to help with all request, room size is great,

bathroom and shower are not attached to the room, it is located on a different floor. perhaps not so comfortable if you need to get up at night,

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Hana booked every trip for us and was veeery helpful. The rest of the staff too!

Location is far from the city and you need a trycicle or a motorbike for every move. Expensive for what it offers.

water in the sink didn't work at all (brushed our teeth in the shower); wifi didn't work in the room (only in the kitchen area); no toilet paper provided (you have to buy it yourself); water pressure in the shower was at times so low that only drops were coming out, which made showering impossible

- The room was big! A big plus for a had a huge bed and for a working desk! - Ac+fan - Wifi was great - Manager very helpful - Quiet - Kitchen + common table - Private bathroom even tho its separate

- The outlets for charging in the room where not good located. The one next to desk was not ideal at all because u could not fit a bigger charger inbetween. - The bathrooms are not located in the room - The water from the shower/sinks smelled VERY BAD. But that might be an issue for siargao overall - A lot of bugs, but can also be a problem for siargao overall - A bit located outside general luna which was not ideal to walk. But we got an tricycle everytime. Sometimes had to wait for a while - Unfortunately some of our clothes was ruined do to the washing service. They tried to fix it but not all of them recoverd. Very nice cleaning lady tho! - The main door was not locked during the night which was a bit scary sometimes to think about. I think it should be a common rule to close it for night.
