Unfortunately this room didn't have a tv but it was still ok wifi hot shower n fridge n bed for 550 PHP you can't complain

The setup for the air-conditioning keeps it cold in the rooms that are supposed to have air. I usually turn mine off as I don't need that much cold air. Many of the customers come here to see or visit with Preston. he is the Australian owner. I enjoy his stories and have enjoyed the hospitality of his private home on site. and have gotten to know his whole family including his wife and kids and their kids. there are many types of rooms here in 4 or 5 different buildings with various arrangements for stay, air and non air all have warm water showers.

There is never a TV always broken or some excuse. The Wifi is always good if, you get the number for each zone the porch has a different code than the rooms. then if you have a smart phone you can be self entertained and use your phone and their wifi. I have stayed here 4 of the 6 months I have been in the Philippines. the biggest reason is it is inexpensive. the cheapest in town.it meets my expectation. if you want plush go some where else. the bed is hard, you have privacy and the staff is nice enough.

No Breakfast included, but cooking facilities outside room, plus a little canteen right next door very reasonably priced, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming and very hardworking.

The only thing I would say slightly negative is maybe a thicker mattress for my old bones lol
