ціна якість, добре, затишно, серед приватного сектору, автівок не чутно, е можливість виспатись, поруч інфраструктура на трамваї доїдите куди завгодно якщо не влаштовуе е маршрутки це швидше...

комарі, берить спреї від комах, але до мешкання це не відносится...
