Bed was good Kitchen was well equipped Security was good

Elevators smelt bad Shower was poor No taxi drivers could find the place without me directing them via Google Maps... Concierges english was very bad making it hard to organise stuff for our stay

We only stayed here while waiting for our next plane. Good spot for that. Tidy room, private bathroom, TV, close to touristy area so hood food

In the loud city.

Very close to Newport City Mall. Quiet residential area and very safe. Mark who was our contact was very helpful and friendly and could not be faulted.

I was very happy with the facilities so I did not dislike anything.

you can walk from the airport terminal 3

the walking path to the apartment is not in good condition, specially carrying a luggage. the apartment is ok for one night, not much comfort for more time.

The effort that the crew made to fix the problem

After i was charged,i got message that there is a room waiting for me i found out that there is no available room and i would need to cancel the reservation without getting my money back and without checking in. For youre notification i would like to admit that the staff helped me to get a room in another place, but the room wasn't valuable for the price I played.

I like the location and access to shops in the nearby mall, as well as close to the aiport.

room could use deep cleaning

We are happy especially yung mga kids ko , nakakarelax ang view and all. Malinis and Excellent yung place gusto ko pa mag book next time thank you so much !!!!
