Spent a week in great location. Hard to tell on maps but there's an alley that takes you straight to beach. Wifi and ac good as well, very comfortable stay

It is very old and not really comfortable. It is overpriced for the "vintage" equipment

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a really enjoyable experience. The property is small but the room have enough space and are comfortable. There’s is drinking water at the reception area and the balconies in the rooms are cozy.

100% recommended. We had an excellent stay at JOHN VERHEL HOMES Guesthouse. The room was very nice, clean with comfortable beds and beside very affordable and not too expensive for a room with 2 double beds When I booked and sent a message to the host, she replied quickly and allowed us checked-in earlier too. The owner is very kind and helpful.♡ The room was clean and most of all no mosquitoes nor ants. It was peaceful and quiet even though it is located near the main lively street. We were very comfortable therefore we decided to extend our stay and the owner kindly accommodated us for 4 nights. She provided us free purified water. We also really appreciated the bathroom: clean, in good conditions with hot water supply (warm shower very much appreciated after salty day in the ocean and on the sands) The bath towels were pretty with a good smell♡ The Guesthouse is close to all facilities as well to the beach with an access by walking into the stairs within cheap "souvenirs" shop on the way. The owner allowed us to park our scooter, that we rented at the top of the street, just inside the garden. You can also ask for infos & advices as well. Thanks for your kindness. We just hope to come again.♡

Lovely staff, hot showers, perfect location 2 minute walk to the beach. Felt at home and very private. The bathroom was very clean. Wifi was strong, but it cut out for 1 day.

Great spot, tucked away from main street, room is great value and clean/comfy!

Quite a few ants in the room, but common everywhere.
