The room was very clean and the property was close to the beach front. Great value for money. Easy to arrange an additional night and transfer to the port.

It wasn't easy to contact the owners when I was there to check in. Might be worth letting them know when you'll arrive. There was a jug of water in the room, but I couldn't see anywhere to fill a bottle, and I hate buying bottles.

The location was good. There was a guy who showed me a good place fi sunset

They put le in 1 room and I asked to change as the bathroom door did not shut and o was worried about cockroaches and mosquitoes they took me to another room and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Also the bed sheets did not rem clean. The ac sounded like a truck so couldn’t turn it in. I went out for dinner and when I came back there were no one at the property which is ok. The worst part was that the owners left a phone with the alarm on at something like 4 am in the communal area. The alarm was so loud and went off for ages, I got up and turn it off, went off again at 4,30, same I had to get up and then at 5, by which point I was so annoyed I banged on the I bedroom door and finally they got up like shocked. I do not understand how they did not hear it as their door was next to it and didn’t even have glass, just a mosquito net! They were just happily snoring away… I left at 6 to go to the airport. Overall I would not recommend this place. So if you’re planning on staying in del Carmen book early as there are not many places about and they go fast

The room and bathroom were large. Great shower, had a kettle. Host was friendly and helpful and responsive to requests. Was set back from the noisy beach scene but still close enough to beach and main street. Loved this enough to book another night.

Didn't love the uneven path to and from the beach but that's not the host's doing!

Next to Alona and restaurants. Nice owner, willing to help.

Access through a dirt road, everyday there is a blackout (not the owner's fault) so no electricity and no water. The owner's dog barked around 3am every night I stayed there.

Central location. Very friendly owners. Perfect stay for a short time.

Only cold water in the shower. Unfortunately the time we have been there was not that warm. I think otherwise I would not have mind.
