"Wonderful"

We could swim just behind the accommodation cook by ourselves and eat meals in the garden which was so relaxing. Very close to the Whale shark watching, the Sumilon island and the Tumalog waterfall. We actually experienced the Whale shark watching twice.

There’s a shower but it was difficult to have enough warm water.

"Great place to stay!"

The view of the ocean is amazing and it’s a nice place to go for a swim. It’s also a short (tricycle) ride to Oslob town and the main tourist attractions. The breakfast service was great too!

Unfortunately some of the dishes were not very clean when we arrived. Also the shower head was not working properly.

"We enjoyed our stay..good value, but apartment needs soundproofing because of highway!"

My wife and I really loved the fact that the apartment really was beach front...I mean the water came right to the terrace, wow! The kitchen was nice and the view was really good. The apartment had a large area outside to lounge around.

Unfortunately, the apartment is located only a few feet from the highway and you could hear trucks and cars go by like it was in the room. In addition, there was some function across the street and the music was so loud that it shook our whole room, deafening. It lasted from 3 days from Wednesday to Friday from around noon till close to midnight. Really, really annoying. The free breakfast was limited for a long stay, only three choices, but still good value!

Good breakfast, great location for the whale shark swimming in Oslob

Spent over two hours trying to find the property. Different name of property to the one named in booking .com. This place is not called Loti. Please correct this as we almost gave up & went to another hotel.

"Spacious room with a beautiful view, but ends there."

Location just on the sea, with a balcony and resting area, but that is about it. Staff quick to reply to text message, but also that is about it.

Most of the day the waves just crush under your window on a rocky beach, so impossible to go to swim from there. The location is just on the side of a very trafficked and very noisy road. Television not working, staff quick to respond but did not fix it. Very small narrow bathroom with water constantly on the floor (?from the wc) and you don’t want to go to the toilet in the middle of the night and put your feet in the cold water, so you put your slippers on and imagine the rest.
