No proper heating in room. It was cold in Brasov, but they did not provide adequate heating in room despite my telling them even before I went to property. They said they will provide heating but did not keep their word. The owner even said to me will you pay my bills if I increase heating. The shower was just about warm enough, not hot. Owner never bothered to reply to my queries after first day
GBThe location is superb for exploring the Old Town. It was a clean, small and simple room. Great for a base to pop in and out of if you're not planning on spending much time indoors.
I'm usually a heavy sleeper but the noise of the building (plumbing, fridge?) didn't make it easy. The tea and coffee facilities don't include tea or coffee, but you can stock up from one of the nearby convenience stores. I would describe this as a small, self-contained room, rather than a guesthouse as there are no communal areas (reception, lounge, kitchen etc)
USThe room was not only very comfortable, but also very beautifully done. The location was very convenient inside the Old Town. The owner was very friendly and very helpful.
The amenities were a little bit sparse, which did not bother me but might bother some other guests. It would also be hard to get to if you had a lot of luggage.
