Misleading pictures, misleading descriptions online, wifi is so slow

NOTHING IT WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BOOKED

Absolutely disgusting, how this property is still allowed to be open is beyond me, the reception had a kitchen and sink next to it which was a complete mess and smelled, the room OH MY GOD ants all over the bed and pillows, the fridge smelt like someome had died, the shower just dribbled out. The pillows smelt of sweat and not been cleaned for a few years When I went down to tell him about these issues he did not care in the slightest I asked for a refund i which he then came to look. He then told us that there is a shower problem but it didn’t say that in the description and didn’t inform us when we arrived to check in! I showed him the ants all over the bed and just said okay, we went back to reception with our stuff and said we want a refund, he rang his boss and informed us we can’t have a refund and his boss in in Manila and we can’t talk to him and explain, we tried for about an hour to get a refund and he kept walking off and ignoring me. this place is so outdated the pictures don’t look like what you actually get, it’s a false description of what you actually get and pay for, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, NOBODY SHOULD BOOK THIS PLACE EVER!
