SMDC GRACE RESIDENCIES

The location was pretty good among the 3rd tower not too far up on 2nd floor. nice view to the pool. A small mall which pretty much served well is just out the door. Nice convenience store, with some decent restaurants, a laundry store, and Starbucks. For the most part the wifi and TV worked well. There are some larger malls nearby. The facilities of the SMDC are pretty nice and clean. We had no problem with host and gave us good deal. The good part no roosters crowing and dogs a barking. quiet other than the planes.

The condos have a roach problem. Stepped on many in the hallway. But this is a problem in manila in general so you can expect it. The condos are under a flight path and very loud planes fly low. much noise in the morning. Traffic in manila is bad in this area, but it rained most of time which probably didn't help. Its a studio and small space. It could use better kitchenware.

It’s near the hospital where i went to.Very accesible to everything where i needed to go,people are very nice and polite,

The shuttle bus to BGC is only for unit owners,the swimming pool and gym,only for unit owners. Otherwise,i like everything…if they could only let the transients and short term renters use the facilities…it’s going to be the best!!

Very friendly and helpful landlord. Netflix, fridge, silent ac, good and comfortable furniture

2nd floor but use of stairs was not allowed. Long wait as 1 of the four lifts was under maintenance … the full 3 weeks I stayed there

Liked the Mall, and the help from the people there. Pleased with the security. Price matched the room

Great and helpfull staff. Clean and everything nearby what you need. By grab, taxi or tricycle was everything near.

The offered smokingarea on the court was missing. The communication was a bit slow but worked at the end.

The place is so near Taguig convention center which was the venue of our seminar.
