A home away from home, I really felt like I was staying with family here, the room is the nicest I’ve stayed in anywhere in the Philippines, the staff, food, location and facilities are 10 out of 10, I have zero faults for this place, Theresa even had some Irish tea for us when we arrived, what a lovely touch

I regret not staying longer

Loved the home-like atmosphere, incredibly friendly stuff, always there to help and making everything to give us the best experience. Nice clean rooms, responsive host, nothing really to complain about.

Frankly, given the circumstances (we arrived shortly after the taifun destroyed town's water supply system and Internet modem), I think the stuff did everything at their power to make our stay comfortable

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable dans cette maison d’hôtes. Le service était exceptionnel, le confort divin et surtout l’hospitalité… incroyable. On s’est vraiment sentis comme à la maison. La chambre était nettoyée et rangée tous les jours, avec une attention aux détails rare : il est même arrivé que nos chaussures soient remises en ordre quand elles étaient mal rangées. Le logement est très bien situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage, tout en étant extrêmement calme. Le cadre est sublime et permet vraiment de se reposer. La gérante et toute son équipe sont tout simplement les personnes les plus adorables que nous ayons rencontrées pendant notre voyage aux Philippines. Si j’ai l’occasion de revenir dans la région, j’y retournerai sans hésiter. Un immense merci pour cet accueil inoubliable

Wonderful apartment in the center of Port Barton, equipped with all comforts. The room was nice, clean and big. The host was extremely helpful and kind, we felt like we were at home!

The large room we had has its private balcony with hot/cold water tea/coffee and is quiet. Theresa was most attentive and friendly, responding to all our needs and questions and organising onwards transfers as well as a boat trip with a wonderful captain. We felt at home. The guesthouse is away from the main strip of shops and restaurants but a few minutes from them.

Temporary broken pipes in the nearby locality resulted in a couple of days with intermittent water, but Theresa did her best to provide stored water for showers. On one night of four there was music from some bar until the early hours.
